Impact

Business

Learnings
The entry barrier to the UK market is substantial, as the legislation differs significantly and necessitates a complete adaptation of both the service offering and the legislative framework.

  1. Simplicity and Flexibility: The UK provides a quicker and more flexible business formation and domiciliation process, featuring simplified online procedures and lower costs, whereas France's processes are more formal and regulated.

  2. Costs and Taxation: Domiciliation costs in the UK are typically lower, benefiting from a more favorable corporate tax environment, while France faces higher costs and a stricter tax framework.

  3. Regulation and Control: The UK operates within a more lenient regulatory environment with fewer controls, whereas France enforces stricter regulations and conducts more frequent checks to prevent fraud.
